Order Cancelation / Return Period / Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to return the item or cancel the service within 14 days. This is sometimes referred to as the cooling-off period or the withdrawal period. No reason or justification has to be given by the consumer.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods

We will process a refund within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation. We will delay the refund until we have received the product. The refund will include any shipping fees the customer paid when he made the purchase, except for when the customers specifically requested non-standard delivery, such as express delivery.

The consumer will have to pay the return shipping costs in case of withdrawal.

Once the return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method.

Warranty Conditions

We give the consumer a 2-year guarantee (legal guarantee) as a protection against faulty goods, or goods that don’t look or work as advertised.

If the product we sold turns out to be faulty — or doesn’t look or work as advertised — within the timeframe of the legal guarantee, we are responsible for this.

EU customers have the right to ask any of the following without any charge (for postage, labour, material, etc.):

  • repair the product
  • replace the product
  • reduce the price
  • cancel the contract and reimburse in full

If you are outside EU the same rights apply but you will have to pay for postage and any customs fees. We will not be held responsible for any issue during the shipment back to us (package lost, bad customs paperwork, damage, delays, etc).

Only the person who bought the item can make a claim.
