X – Extreme Model
Its been a year since we started working on our new LCD panel. We wanted to have the ultimate panel for navigation, the reference for every other device that comes next.
With 1300 nits, AG coated (anti-glare glass type), optimal viewing angles, high contrast and color space. Each screen layer was carefully selected to provide the best viewing experience in the exterior. The AG coated glass type (anti-glare) eliminated screen reflections as you usually see on glare type LCDs, it does this with less definition loss then what you typically see on matte screen protectors.

NEXT LEVEL CHARGING & CONNECTIVITY
The DMD-T865 harness includes 3 connectors that allow you to connect it to the holder, device back connector and controller, everything is plug and play! You can choose to use only the screw type back connector, you can use only the holder connection, or you can use both at same time! Everything will stay powered and connected.
Both power and handlebar controller cable are routed to both the holder and back panel connector, so you can use any of the two solutions.
The DMD-T865 does not use any external power supply, you simply connect the harness to your motorcycle 12V and it will directly feed the tablet and optional handlebar controller.

Features that matter:
The DMD-T865 includes 3 configurable hardware buttons that can be configurable for functions like launching apps, locking and unlocking the screen touch (at OS level), and much more.
You can also configure advanced options for the when you insert or remove the device from the holder.
Built into the OS we have a fall detection system that can be configured to send an alert to two contacts by SMS. If any of your contacts is also riding with DMD2 he will be presented with a rescue dialog and your position on map with helpful options.
